About the role
As our User Acquisition Marketer, you will be the driving force behind Unstatic’s global growth. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital and mobile channels to acquire high-quality users efficiently. By blending creativity with data-driven insights, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling the reach and impact of Unstatic’s products worldwide.
1. What you will do
- Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage user acquisition strategies across multiple platforms, including Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels.
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and continuously optimize app install and re-engagement campaigns from start to finish — including A/B testing creatives, ad copies, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure spending efficiency across all channels.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Google Analytics to track key metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention) and derive actionable insights. Present regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless user experience across all marketing touchpoints.
2. Who We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing for global products. Proven success in running paid campaigns for mobile applications is a strong advantage.
- Language: Excellent command of English, you have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and creative storytelling ability.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a solid understanding of performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention).
- Mindset: Strategic, self-driven, and result-oriented. You’re comfortable working independently and thrive in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with major advertising and analytics platforms (Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, AppsFlyer, or Adjust). Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive NET salary up to 30,000,000 VND.
- Probationary Period: Receive 100% of your full salary during the probation period.
- Bonuses & Reviews: 13th-month salary, holiday bonuses, seniority bonuses, and annual performance reviews.
